A woman came by our exhibit at a professional conference, looked at our books, and said, “I have most of these. They are really good. How can I find out about new books?”

Later a man came by. He spent a long time poring over our books, bought several, and said, “These are great. They’ll be very helpful in my work. How can I find out when other new books are published?”

The next morning, another woman came to the booth, looked around, and found a book she didn’t own. When she bought it, she said, “I love all your books. Why do I have to come to a conference to find them? Can’t you just send them to me as soon as you publish them?”
