Jan Faull

A popular Seattle-area parenting educator, Jan Faull is the author of Unplugging Power Struggles: Resolving Emotional Battles with Your Kids, Ages 2-10, just published by Parenting Press, Inc., Seattle.

She is also the author of Mommy! I Have to Go Potty! A Parents Guide to Toilet Training, published in 1996.

Faull is the Seattle Times parenting columnist and writes the monthly "Your Child" article for Disney Online's family.com. A faculty member at Bellevue (Wash) Community College, she is a frequent speaker at parenting classes and workshops.

A Renton, Wash., resident and the mother of three, Faull earned a degree in English education and a master's in early childhood education at the University of Washington.
